At the 2019 Baghdad International Book Fair, a cultural program featured a lecture by Dr. Al-Musned, the Arabic Union Catalog Center director. The lecture was titled "The Arabic Union Catalog: A Platform for Arab Culture" and was attended by notable figures such as His Excellency the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Iraq, Abdulaziz Al-Shammary, and the President of the Saudi Publishers Union, Ahmed Fahad Al-Hamdan. Visitors to the fair were also in attendance, with many gathering in the Saudi Publishers Union Pavilion to witness the enlightening lecture.
