Director Saleh al-Musned of the Arabic Union Catalog Center led a delegation to the Lebanese Ministry of Culture. Their meeting took place in the office of His Excellency the Minister of Culture, Dr. Mohammad Daoud Daoud. Mr. Hisham Darwish, the technical partner of the catalog, was among the delegation. Additionally, Dr. Fawwaz Abdullah, the President of the Lebanese Libraries Association, attended. Discussions focused on the role of the Arabic Union Catalog in developing Lebanon's libraries. In addition, they discussed arranging next year's tenth Arabic Union Catalog meeting in Beirut under Minister Daoud's patronage.
